This machine is located upstream in the production line, is mainly composed of two different parts: the extruder and the cutter.
The machine has a solid base in stainless steel with a stainless steel hooper mounted on top.
The product goes through a coclea screw that build up the necessary pressure to form the yeast.
The second step is the cutting. The extruded yeast is fed directly to the cutter that is equipped with a two cycle cutter.
The encoder connected to a roller positioned on the yeast reads the speed and control automatically the cutting speed.
